Welcome

November 3, 2008, I attended a celebration gathering in Little Rock with Chuck Pierce, a national/international prophet, who has been leading a number of us in the state over the past year or so in identifying & removing the spiritual strongholds over our state.  He remarked that the next step was for believers to get together in communion gatherings.  I sensed a witness in my spirit that this was what the Lord had already been trying to tell me.

After the elections I sensed that we had turned a sharp corner & had now entered into an entirely new era.  The Lord gave me an operative phrase that was to characterize & pre-occupy our focus & lifestyle: “How shall we NOW live?  Where to from here?”.  I also sensed that, at that Churck Pierce meeting God had expanded my ministry to include a commission & anointing as a forerunner to help prepare the believers for the End Times.
A passion developed deep within me to begin blogging on the subject.  I started doing so on an existing minstry website, www.restoration101.org, but it soon became apparent that this was a much bigger project, and needed elbow room & a venue of it’s own to grow & develop.  So here we are.  Check the “How Shall We NOW Live?” page often, as I will attempt to write as much & often as possible.

For some time I’d been meeting with a half-dozen men (pastors & elders - active & inactive) for breakfast every 4-6 weeks.  Recently I sensed we needed to expand it to include a number of other men; then sensed the venue needed to be worship/prayer/intercession rather than breakfast.

I mentioned this to the men in our group and there was an interest in pursuing this.  So I contacted those I sensed I was being prompted by the Holy Spirit to invite to such a meeting; but anyone was welcome to join us: pastors, friends - anyone the Lord would direct us to invite.

I scheduled the first gathering for Saturday a.m. November 29.  A few of us met over the next several weeks, but it appeared early Monday morning would be more convenient for most of the men.  After several weeks I decided to alternate Mondays & Saturdays in an attempt to allow everyone an opportunity to experience what was happening.

I will post updates & a local meeting schedule under Men’s Communion Gatherings.
